As a New England local and long-term Tattersalls team member, we are excited to have Jake taking on the position of Head Chef. Jake was a part of the Tattersalls Hotel opening team back in 2018 as a second-year apprentice. In 2019, Jake was awarded “Apprentice of the Year” by the Australian Hotels Association. During his career here at Tattersalls Hotel, Jake has been mentored by previous Head Chefs, including Jean Luc Morcellet and Param Brar. Being a local to the area, Jake is excited to offer the community and travellers a memorable fine dining experience in the heart of Armidale.
